I tune into your body’s unique needs to release deep tension, balance energy, and support profound relaxation and renewal. Sessions are gentle yet powerful.

To support both your healing and my own well-being, I work a limited weekly schedule. This lets me show up rested, attuned, and completely present in every session.
Massage/Energy Rates:
60 Minutes $120
Focused release and recharge-ideal for targeted areas or first-time sessions.
​90 Minutes $160
Deeper full-body work with extra time for energy balancing and sound\vibrational tools.
​​​Infrared Sauna: Add-On
$1 per min (detox & relation)
